The Role

You'll be the central point of contact for aftermarket sales & technical support, spare parts and freight coordination, supporting customers across the full lifecycle of their Floveyor equipment.

Working closely with our global channel partners, end users and all internal departments, you'll ensure every interaction reflects Floveyor's values and our reputation for world-class service.


Your Responsibilities Include

  • Managing aftermarket spare parts sales, pricing, quotations and proforma invoices

  • Interpreting customer and partner requirements and providing technical product advice

  • Processing purchase orders and coordinating accurate, timely fulfilment

  • Acting as Floveyor's main contact for freight forwarders and couriers, including rate negotiation, shipment tracking and performance reviews

  • Coordinating freight quotes, shipping documentation and commercial invoices

  • Supporting warranty claims and customer complaints, contributing to continuous improvement

  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and becoming a go-to CRM expert within the team

  • Proactively surveying customers and sharing insights to improve our products and service


About You

You're technically minded, organised and enjoy solving problems for customers. You're comfortable juggling priorities, taking initiative, and communicating clearly with people at all levels.

Australian work authorisation is required for this position.

You'll bring

  • Passion, exposure and experience dealing with capital equipment, spare parts or technical product sales

  • 2–4 years' experience in technical sales, customer support or aftermarket roles

  • Experience using CRM/ERP systems, web based quoting tools and MS Office

  • Familiarity with our customers' core industries such as Food, Beverage, Chemicals, Battery Minerals, Building and/or Life Sciences
