Who We Are
SuccessJobs is a Customer Success job board for Australia and New Zealand, operated by SuccessEngine. Both SuccessJobs and SuccessEngine are operated by the same individual and team. Data collected through SuccessJobs may be accessed by SuccessEngine solely for the purpose of matching candidates to relevant roles and responding to employer enquiries.
What We Collect and Why
Identity and Access
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and where relevant, your company name. This is used to manage your account, send you relevant communications, and provide the Services. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
Candidate Profile Information
If you join the Talent Pool, we collect additional information including your current or most recent job title, location, work preferences, salary expectations, LinkedIn profile, resume, and an "about you" summary. This information is used to match you to relevant Customer Success roles and share your profile with employers who have purchased Talent Pool Access. You can disable your visibility at any time.
Employer Information
If you create an employer account, we collect your company name, logo, website, a description of your company, and your contact details. This information is displayed publicly on the platform and used to associate job listings with your organisation.
Billing Information
When you pay for a listing, your payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full credit card details. We retain a record of the transaction, including the last 4 digits of your card and billing address, for invoicing and accounting purposes.
Usage Data
We collect standard web analytics data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and referral sources. This helps us understand how people use the platform and improve our Services. This data is not used to identify you personally.
Communications
If you contact us by email or through the platform, we retain that correspondence to provide support and maintain a history of interactions.

Sharing Your Data
We do not sell your data. We only share your information in the following circumstances:
Candidate profiles are shared with employers who have purchased Talent Pool Access, for legitimate recruitment purposes only
We use trusted third-party service providers (including our job board platform, payment processor, and analytics tools) to operate the Services. These providers only process your data as necessary to provide their services
SuccessEngine may access candidate and employer data for the purpose of facilitating recruitment. This is covered in the Relationship with Success Engine section below
We may share data if required by Australian law, court order, or government authority
Relationship with SuccessEngine
SuccessJobs is operated by SuccessEngine, an APAC Customer Success recruitment agency. If you are a candidate in the Talent Pool, your profile may be reviewed by the Success Engine team for the purpose of matching you to relevant roles. If you are an employer, Success Engine may reach out to you regarding additional recruitment services. You can opt out of Success Engine communications at any time by contacting us.
Data Storage and Security
SuccessJobs is powered by Jobboardly, a third-party job board platform. Data is stored on Jobboardly's infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS. We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
As an Australian-operated business, we handle your data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
Request deletion of your account and personal data
Opt out of marketing communications at any time
Disable your Talent Pool profile visibility at any time
