SuccessJobs (successjobs.com.au) is a Customer Success job board operated by Success Engine ABN 62 656 699 179, an Australian business. When we say "Company", "we", "our", or "us" in this document, we are referring to SuccessJobs and its operator, SuccessEngine.
When we say "Services", we mean successjobs.com.au and all associated features, including job listings, the talent pool, employer accounts, and candidate profiles.
When we say "You" or "your", we are referring to the people or organisations that use one or more of our Services.
We may update these Terms of Service in the future. When you use our Services, now or in the future, you are agreeing to the latest Terms of Service. If you violate any of the terms, we may terminate your account.
Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You may not use the Services for any illegal purposes. We reserve the right to remove any content that is illegal or that we deem inappropriate.
You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted.
Employer accounts must represent a legitimate business entity. SuccessEngine reserves the right to verify and approve employer registrations.
Job Listings
All job listings must be genuine, lawful, and relate to Customer Success or post-sales roles. Listings unrelated to this field may be removed without notice.
Free listings are published at our discretion. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that does not align with the purpose of the platform.
Paid listings (Basic, Featured, Talent Pool Access) are subject to the pricing and inclusions outlined on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
Job listings may not contain false or misleading information about a role, company, or compensation.
We reserve the right to edit listings for formatting or clarity without altering the substance of the role.
Talent Pool
Candidates who join the Talent Pool consent to having their profile (including experience, skills, salary expectations, and contact details) shared with employers who have purchased Talent Pool Access.
Candidates can disable their profile visibility at any time by toggling the "Available for work" setting in their account.
Employers who purchase Talent Pool Access agree to use candidate information solely for legitimate recruitment purposes. Candidate data must not be used for any other commercial purpose, shared with third parties, or stored beyond the period reasonably required to assess suitability for the role.
SuccessEngine will personally review candidate profiles and match them to relevant employer roles based on requirements and salary alignment. Matched profiles will be delivered within 2 business days of a Talent Pool Access purchase.
Payment, Refunds, and Pricing
All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST. GST will be added where applicable.
Free listings are genuinely free. We do not ask for payment details for free listings.
Paid listings are non-refundable once a listing has been published. If a technical error prevents your listing from being published, we will offer a full refund or re-publish at no cost.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect listings already purchased.
Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. We do not store your full credit card details.
Relationship with SuccessEngine
SuccessJobs is operated by SuccessEngine, an APAC Customer Success recruitment agency. Employers who post jobs on SuccessJobs may also be contacted by Success Engine regarding full-service recruitment options. You may opt out of such communications at any time by contacting us.
Copyright and Content Ownership
All content posted on the Services must comply with Australian copyright law.
We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide. All content uploaded remains yours.
We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right to refuse or remove any content at our sole discretion.
The name, branding, and design of SuccessJobs and Success Engine are protected. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any visual design elements without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, SuccessJobs and Success Engine shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or inability to find or fill a role through the platform.
We make no guarantees that the Services will meet your specific requirements or that job listings will result in successful placements.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
