The Role

As AI Solutions Channel Manager, you'll grow and manage InfoTrack's network of AI legal technology partners while driving adoption of our AI solutions across leading law firms. Working at the intersection of partnerships, sales and product, you'll identify new commercial opportunities, strengthen strategic relationships, and collaborate with our product team to shape the future of AI-powered legal workflows. Success in this role is measured by revenue growth, partner success, and the real-world adoption of InfoTrack's AI solutions.

Passionate about AI and emerging technologies, you're constantly learning and staying ahead of industry trends in a rapidly evolving market. You take the time to understand each client's business, identify opportunities to create value, and position yourself as a trusted advisor who delivers long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage strategic AI legal technology partnerships, while securing new MCP integration partners that align with InfoTrack's AI strategy.
  • Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from commercial negotiation and onboarding through to enablement, adoption and ongoing relationship management.
  • Drive adoption of InfoTrack's MCP-enabled services within law firms by delivering compelling demonstrations, supporting implementation and maximising commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global teams to expand partnership opportunities across the Australian and US markets, leveraging shared partner ecosystems.
  • Gather market intelligence from partners and customers to shape InfoTrack's MCP roadmap, identify new AI opportunities and develop business cases for future innovation.
  • Own the commercial success of the partner channel by managing a healthy pipeline, forecasting opportunities and delivering measurable revenue growth and partner adoption.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through strategic partner channels.
  • Knowledge of AI, LLMs and the legal technology ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in technology partnerships, channel management and business development.
  • Experience working with enterprise or professional services clients, ideally law firms.
  • Understanding of APIs, MCP architecture and AI agent concepts.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and develop compelling business cases.
  • Experience working across global teams or international markets is advantageous.
