The Consulting Sales Rep - Oracle Health is responsible for selling Oracle Health Professional Services across assigned international healthcare markets, with primary focus on APAC. The role develops, qualifies, and converts consulting services opportunities related to Oracle Health solutions, including implementation, optimization, adoption, and transformation services for healthcare customers.
This role is specifically scoped to Oracle Health Professional Services within Oracle Health International Consulting Services. It requires specialized healthcare industry knowledge, Oracle Health solution familiarity, consulting services sales expertise, and delivery-readiness judgment to align customer priorities with commercially sound and executable professional services engagements.

Key Responsibilities
- Sell Oracle Health Professional Services within assigned healthcare markets, accounts, and opportunities.
- Develop new professional services opportunities and expand existing customer relationships through implementation, optimization, adoption, and transformation services.
- Lead the consulting sales process from opportunity qualification through services strategy, estimation, proposal development, commercial positioning, and transition to delivery.
- Partner with Oracle Health Sales, Consulting Delivery, Project Planning, Solution Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to ensure proposed services are aligned to customer objectives, commercial expectations, and delivery readiness.
- Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives, operational leaders, clinical stakeholders, IT leaders, and procurement teams.
- Support complex healthcare pursuits, tenders, renewals, and expansion opportunities by representing Oracle Health Professional Services strategy and capabilities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, opportunity, and services bookings information in Oracle systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle Health consulting capabilities, implementation approaches, customer transformation needs, and international healthcare market requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in consulting sales, professional services sales, healthcare information technology, or customer-facing Health IT solution roles.
- Experience selling or supporting complex professional services, consulting services, implementation services, or technology-enabled healthcare transformation programs.
- Strong ability to develop customer relationships, qualify opportunities, generate proposals, position services value, and support opportunities through closure.
- Proven ability to work across sales, delivery, product, solution engineering, customer success, finance, legal, and executive stakeholders.
- Advanced business judgment, executive communication skills, commercial discipline, and ability to operate independently on complex, non-routine opportunities.
- Knowledge of Oracle Health solutions, healthcare technology, implementation lifecycle, and professional services delivery models.
- Fluent in English.
- Proven sales achievement in complex, consultative, services-led environments.
- Eligibility to work in Australia without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Health Millennium or related enterprise electronic health record platforms.
- Experience with healthcare implementation, optimization, adoption, interoperability, data, cloud, or clinical workflow transformation programs.
- Experience supporting international healthcare markets, complex tenders, or multi-year professional services opportunities.
