Why UKG:

At UKG, the work you do matters. The code you ship, the decisions you make, and the care you show a customer all add up to real impact. Today, tens of millions of workers start and end their days with our workforce operating platform. Helping people get paid, grow in their careers, and shape the future of their industries. That’s what we do.

We never stop learning. We never stop challenging the norm. We push for better, and we celebrate the wins along the way. Here, you’ll get flexibility that’s real, benefits you can count on, and a team that succeeds together. Because at UKG, your work matters—and so do you.

As Enterprise Account Executive, you will join a high-performing team of sales professionals driving business transformation and growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint and shaping the future, responsible for account management (upsell/cross-sell) sales in our Retail install base. You’ll enjoy a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to really make your mark.

About the Role:

As an Enterprise Customer Account Manager, you will join a high-performing team responsible for strategically managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise customers across UKG Ready and Pro. You will play a pivotal role in helping customers maximise the value of their investment in UKG, driving optimisation, retention, and growth while building trusted relationships across operational and executive stakeholders.

This role goes beyond traditional sales. Success comes from understanding the workforce, operational, and organisational challenges facing frontline workforce organisations and identifying how UKG can support customer priorities and business outcomes. You will work closely with internal teams across Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Presales, and Partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences and long-term value.

You'll enjoy a highly competitive remuneration package, including significant bonus potential, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both customer success and UKG's growth.

 What You'll Do:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving customer value, optimisation, retention, and expansion across UKG's HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions.
  • Build trusted customer relationships across operational leaders, business stakeholders, and executive decision-makers to understand organisational priorities and workforce challenges.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth through strategic account management, identifying opportunities for expansion, cross-sell, and upsell while protecting long-term customer retention.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that deepen customer engagement, increase adoption, and align UKG solutions to customer objectives.
  • Lead internal orchestration across teams, collaborating with Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Presales, and Partners to deliver successful customer outcomes.
  • Understand customer operations and workforce challenges, particularly within organisations with large frontline workforces, and position UKG solutions to support business outcomes.
  • Deliver with commercial discipline, maintaining accurate forecasts, managing account plans, and meeting revenue commitments.
  • Champion UKG in the Australian market, strengthening customer advocacy and helping establish UKG as the trusted workforce technology partner within key industries.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience managing and growing enterprise customer relationships within a SaaS, technology, workforce management, HR, payroll, or related environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving account growth, customer retention, and value realisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at both operational and executive levels.
  • Experience navigating complex customer environments and managing multiple stakeholders across large organisations.
  • Strong strategic account planning and territory management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a lean, agile environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) preferred but not essential.

 Who You Are:

You are curious, commercially minded, and highly customer-focused. You enjoy going deep into customer organisations to understand their challenges, priorities, and opportunities. You build credibility quickly, influence stakeholders effectively, and thrive in complex enterprise environments.

You may come from a traditional account management, commercial, customer success, consulting, workforce technology, or sales background. What matters most is your ability to engage strategically with customers, understand how technology drives business outcomes, and build lasting partnerships that deliver value.

You are collaborative, resilient, highly motivated, and driven by helping customers succeed while delivering strong commercial outcomes.
