We work directly with farmers and agribusinesses globally.

This role is critical to making sure customers actually use and get value from the platform.

The role

You’ll own onboarding for farmers and agribusiness customers end to end.

This is a hands-on role focused on teaching, driving adoption, and making customers successful quickly.

You’re not just supporting customers, you’re making sure they understand, use, and rely on the product.

What you’ll do

Onboarding and training (core)

  • Run onboarding from kickoff to full adoption
  • Teach farmers and agronomists how to use the platform
  • Explain models and outputs in simple, practical terms
  • Drive fast time-to-value

Adoption and follow-up

  • Track usage and engagement
  • Follow up with customers and push them to use the product
  • Identify where customers are stuck and fix it

Execution and coordination

  • Manage onboarding timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal team
  • Keep things moving and close loops

Improve onboarding

  • Build simple guides, templates and training materials
  • Improve how onboarding is done over time
What matters
  • 2–5 years in customer onboarding, customer success or similar
  • Strong communicator, comfortable explaining things simply
  • You’ve trained or supported non-technical users
  • High ownership — you follow up and get things done
  • Comfortable dealing with different types of customers
Strong bonus (not required)
  • Background in agriculture, agronomy or rural sector
  • Experience working with farmers or field-based customers
  • Exposure to data tools or dashboards
Must have done before
  • Onboarded customers or users end to end
  • Run training sessions or demos
  • Followed up to drive adoption (not just initial setup)
