Customer Onboarding Specialist (AI)

Aeva is the #1 AI receptionist for allied health clinics. Bootstrapped, profitable across AU, UK and NZ, and growing fast. We need someone to own onboarding so every new clinic gets as much value as possible from Aeva.

You're the person every new clinic talks to after signing up. You get them set up, you get them confident, you get them using Aeva and you call them before they fall off. Build the playbook as you go.

• You've owned/built customer onboarding or customer success systems before
• You have AI experience or an IT background, and are proficient at AI prompt work
• You can explain technical jargon simply to a 65-year-old customer without making them feel stupid
• You like jumping on video calls, phoning customers, and being the go-to person to help with customer setups and support enquiries

Ability to work from anywhere in the world. Direct line to the CEO and CTO. Genuine impact at a small, profitable, fast-growing company. You have full ownership of your role and will be building it how you like from scratch.
