About the Role
Are you a customer service superstar who loves connecting with people? We are on the hunt for a passionate Senior Customer Service Officer to be the welcoming face of our Hurstville facility.
Working closely with the Customer Success Manager, you will lead the frontline experience for our diverse community—from enthusiastic toddlers arriving for swim school to our dedicated senior members.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Creating Memorable Experiences: Welcoming and assisting members face-to-face, over the phone, and via email with energy and empathy.
Growing the BlueFit Family: Helping new and existing members find the right programs, following up on enquiries, and proactively reaching out to community members who want to join.
Simplifying the Journey: Smoothly managing Swim School enrolments, class changes, account balances, and keeping records up to date.
Tech & Admin Support: Utilising modern service platforms to keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
About You
You thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving puzzles for customers, and bring a warm, professional energy to everything you do.
What you’ll bring to Hurstville:
Experience: 2–5 years in a fast-paced customer service or sales role.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills—you know how to connect with anyone.
Tech Savvy: Experience with Freshdesk (or similar service desks). Prior experience with the Links platform is a massive bonus!
Mindset: A reliable, solution-focused attitude with a genuine passion for inclusive community health.
Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible full-time roster, including opening, closing, evening shifts, and one weekend day
Qualifications (Or willingness to obtain):
HLTAID009 – Provide CPR
HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid
[Valid Working with Children Check or equivalent state requirement] (Employee status)
