The RoleWe are looking for a talented Customer Success & Account Manager (CSAM) to join our APAC team. This is a dynamic, hybrid role responsible for the end-to-end relationship, adoption, and commercial health of a dedicated portfolio of existing Australian accounts.

You will split your focus between Customer Success (driving platform adoption and client satisfaction) and Account Management (managing contract renewals and driving revenue growth through expansion).

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, building long-term trust with key stakeholders from building managers to senior portfolio executives.
  • Product Adoption & Training: Track client objectives, monitor usage data, and guide site teams through training and webinars to ensure they unlock maximum value from our platform.
  • Strategic Reviews: Prepare and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess performance, mitigate churn risks, and align Equiem’s solutions with client goals.
  • Renewals & Revenue Growth: Take ownership of the contract renewal lifecycle, and identify proactive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to share client insights, resolve complex challenges, and accurately maintain CRM records.

About You

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in a client-facing SaaS, Account Management, or Customer Success role—ideally within Commercial Real Estate (CRE).
  • Commercial Acumen: A proven track record in securing contract renewals, managing commercial relationships, and driving account growth.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently host client workshops and lead meetings.
  • Project Management: Strong problem-solving abilities with experience organising complex launch projects on time and on budget.
  • Attributes: A proactive, commercially minded team player with a resilient, "can-do" attitude. A degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred.
