What you’ll be doing

You’ll provide high-quality operational and administrative support to our global Customer Success team, ensuring they can focus on building relationships, driving adoption, and growing accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and processing add-ons, upgrades, renewals, and churn requests
• Preparing contract summaries and account reconciliations with a high level of accuracy
• Responding to and resolving contract and finance-related inquiries
• Monitoring and following up on open support cases
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Supporting growth by redirecting and actioning upsell opportunities

We’re looking for someone who combines strong administrative capability with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Essential experience & skills:

• 1+ year experience in an administrative role
• Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) and SAP
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels
• Proven ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and stay accountable
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• A structured, methodical approach to problem-solving
• Experience in customer relationship handling and conflict resolution
