Job Title: Customer Success & Adoption Specialist - 12 month FTC

Location: (including hybrid): Melbourne, Australia

Team: Client Success

Reporting To: Operating Model Design Lead

Kaluza reimagines energy to bring net-zero within everyone’s reach. Our intelligent Platform enables energy utilities to unlock the full value of a radically changing energy system and propel us to a future where renewable energy is sustainable, affordable and accessible for all.

From automating and simplifying core operations including billing to create a lower-cost, higher-engagement experience, to optimising energy usage across smart devices in the home, we turn tough challenges into win-win-win outcomes for customers, suppliers and the energy system.

We champion a flexible, hybrid work approach and we find that teams often benefit from coming together in the office at least 2-3 days a week to foster connection and accelerate progress.

Outside of these collaborative opportunities, we aim to be as flexible as possible to balance work with life. As a company we come together annually for our conference and end of year celebrations!

Our goal is to build a self-sufficient and empowered team here on the ground in Australia. We’re well on our way, but until we get there we still have some reliances on our UK team. Being comfortable working flexibly for a portion of your working week to cover time zones is required.

What will I be doing?

In this role, you will be a key driver of our mission to reimagine energy and make net-zero a reality for everyone. As a Customer Success & Adoption Specialist, you will be the bridge between our innovative technology and the people who use it. You will empower our clients, partners, and colleagues in Australian markets to not only understand our platform but to master it. Your work will directly accelerate Kaluza's growth by ensuring our users are confident, capable, and ready to support the energy transition.

Strategic Training Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, partners, and internal teams, performing deep learning needs analysis to understand their unique challenges. You'll use these insights to design tailored, impactful learning programmes that go beyond training and drive measurable business outcomes.

Content Creation & Delivery: You will be the master of making the complex simple. You'll create high-quality, engaging training materials, including interactive workshops, e-learning modules, and quick reference guides. You'll deliver these sessions virtually and in-person, inspiring your audience and building their confidence with every interaction.

Driving Adoption & Impact: Your role is to accelerate the adoption of the Kaluza platform. You will provide post-training support and coaching, monitor the effectiveness of your programmes, and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance metrics. You'll ensure our training leads to real-world, positive change for our users and the energy industry.

About You

Ideally, you’ll have / be:

  • SaaS Training Expertise: You have a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programmes in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Simplification Master: You possess a natural ability to take complex technical and business concepts and translate them into clear, engaging, and practical learning materials.
  • Engaging Facilitator: You are a confident and dynamic presenter, able to captivate diverse audiences and create a fun, interactive learning environment.
  • Collaborative & Proactive: You are a team player who builds strong relationships and is proactive in identifying opportunities to support others and drive continuous improvement.

What will set you apart:

  • Energy Sector Acumen: A practical background in energy utility operations or decarbonisation technologies. You can connect training directly to the real-world challenges our clients face.
  • Operational Excellence: Knowledge of contact center processes or customer service technology, allowing you to design training that accelerates operational efficiency and success.

Proven Training Leadership: A demonstrated track record of scaling training programmes and an ability to think strategically about how to build and expand a learning culture across an international organization.
