Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, for a Customer Success Agent at Express Glass. The Customer Success Agent will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer requests, providing timely updates, and collaborating with internal teams to meet service expectations. The role focuses on fostering customer satisfaction and retaining client trust.
Qualifications
- Experience with Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction to address and resolve client needs effectively
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for clear and professional interaction with customers
- Understanding of Customer Experience principles to provide seamless and positive customer journeys
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage
- Prior experience in the glass repair or construction industry is a benefit
