Your Impact

As a Customer Success Analyst, you will be joining a team of passionate, client-focused professionals who help some of the world's leading retailers succeed on the Mirakl platform. This is an incredible opportunity to kick-start your career at the intersection of technology, eCommerce, and client success.

You will support the delivery of meaningful strategies that help our clients grow their marketplaces, while learning the ropes of enterprise client management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. If you are curious, driven, and excited about using AI to work smarter, this role is for you.

What You Will Do at Mirakl

  • Support a portfolio of clients by helping them get the most value out of Mirakl, contributing to their growth and day-to-day success
  • Build your client relationship skills by participating in client calls, preparing meeting materials, and following up on action items alongside experienced team members
  • Dig into data to help identify trends and surface insights that inform client strategies and recommendations
  • Use AI tools daily to accelerate your research, summarise client data, draft communications, and improve the quality of your outputs
  • Help build and improve AI-powered workflows within the CS team, including experimenting with prompt engineering, automating repetitive tasks, and identifying opportunities where AI can save time and improve client outcomes
  • Apply coding or scripting skills (where applicable) to help build lightweight tools, automate data processes, or prototype internal solutions that make the team more efficient
  • Create clear, structured presentations (such as business reviews and strategic updates) using Google Slides or PowerPoint, with guidance from your team
  • Assist with project coordination across multiple clients, helping track progress and keep things moving
  • Learn the Mirakl product suite inside and out, including Retail Media and Ads solutions, so you can contribute to client conversations with confidence

What Mirakl is Looking For

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, naturally curious, and excited to grow in a client-facing environment. You do not need years of experience; you just need the right mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for technology and problem-solving.

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Commerce, Data, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a bonus
  • AI Curiosity & Capability: You actively use generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) in your studies or personal projects. Ideally, you have experimented with building simple AI-assisted workflows, automations, or prompts to solve real problems
  • Willingness to Build, Not Just Use: You are interested in going beyond using AI tools and want to help design smarter processes for the team, whether that is building prompt libraries, testing new tools, or documenting AI-powered playbooks
  • Communication Skills: You can express your ideas clearly in writing and in conversation. You are comfortable asking questions and presenting your thinking
  • Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with data and are comfortable using spreadsheets or other tools to find patterns and draw conclusions
  • Organisation & Agility: You are good at managing your time, keeping track of multiple tasks, and staying calm when priorities shift
  • Presentation Skills: You have experience creating structured, clear presentations and are keen to develop this further in a professional setting
  • Coding & Engineering (Nice to Have): Some experience with coding or scripting (Python, SQL, JavaScript, or similar) gained through university coursework, personal projects, or hackathons is a great advantage. Experience building small tools, dashboards, automations, or working with APIs and no-code/low-code platforms is a bonus, but not required. We love candidates who are technically curious and enjoy finding creative ways to solve problems with technology
  • A Bonus: Any exposure to eCommerce, retail, or SaaS through coursework, internships, or personal projects is a great plus
