Role Description
This is a part time/full time role for delivering Customer Success and Growth. This new Customer Success and Growth role will be responsible for ensuring farmer, agronomist, and corporate customer satisfaction, and analyzing customer needs. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional customer service to address their concerns and queries promptly; and capturing data in our Zoho CRM software. The role also involves collaborating and interacting with the Data Science and software development teams to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.
