Coderra is looking for a Customer Success Associate to help businesses adopt, use, and grow with our AI-first platform.
This is a customer-facing role across onboarding, product adoption, account support, and growth. You will work with SMEs, SMBs, and enterprise clients across Australian and international markets, helping them understand the value of Coderra’s products and turn that value into long-term success.
What you will do
• Support customer onboarding, demos, workshops, and product walkthroughs
• Build strong relationships with business owners, operators, and enterprise teams
• Help customers get value from Coderra’s AI products, including AISO and CommOps
• Track customer needs, feedback, adoption, and success outcomes
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upsell, retention, and deeper product usage
• Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and leadership teams
• Prepare meeting notes, follow-ups, customer updates, and internal action items
• Travel domestically and internationally for customer meetings, launches, and strategic engagements
Who we are looking for
• Strong communicator with a customer-first and commercially aware mindset
• Confident speaking with clients and asking the right questions
• Interested in AI, automation, digital visibility, communication platforms, and SaaS products
• Organised, proactive, reliable, and comfortable following through
• Able to understand customer problems and turn them into clear next steps
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving AI product company
• Low-ego, team-oriented, and willing to learn quickly
Nice to have
• Experience in customer success, sales, account management, SaaS, product support, business analysis, or digital marketing
• Familiarity with tools like Claude, Canva, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace and CRMs
• Experience working with SME, SMB, or enterprise clients
