We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Consultant based in Australia to support clients, improve customer experience, and build strong long-term relationships. You will work closely with customers to ensure successful onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing satisfaction. You will act as a trusted point of contact and help clients maximize value from the companyโ€™s products or services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Support customer onboarding and account setup

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or calls

  • Monitor customer engagement and usage trends
