About the Opportunity:
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity available within our Customer Success team. As a Customer Success Consultant, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service while building strong, lasting relationships.
In this role, you will identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and proactively support retention and growth opportunities across our customer base. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where customer outcomes are at the heart of everything we do.
Our team operates Monday to Friday between 7am to 5pm, with a range of shift options available - so you can enjoy your weekends.
