✅ Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

• Previous customer service, sales support, account management, or internship experience is advantageous but not required.
