Customer Success Coordinator

We're looking for a Client Success Coordinator!

Assemblo is a Melbourne-based brand agency that delivers business strategy plus tactical execution. We help ambitious business owners and SMEs looking to scale to the next level through insight-led marketing strategies that work and feel authentically them.

This role is the first point of contact for our clients on day-to-day delivery. You're the person making sure things are happening on time, to the right standard, and that nobody's left wondering what's going on. The kind of person clients trust because you follow through, and the team trusts because you make their jobs easier.

🧩 This might be the role for you if...

• You genuinely enjoy being across the detail. A clean Asana board, a proofed document, a client who knows exactly what's happening
• You're reliable, you're warm, and when you say you'll do something, it happens. That's why clients and teammates trust you.
• You’re great at keeping work flowing and getting the best out of existing processes, so that clients feel looked after, the team can focus on doing their best work, and tasks don’t consistently fall through the cracks.
• You're not easily rattled. Clients can be demanding, timelines can compress, and priorities can shift. You bring a calm, reliable presence that steadies the room rather than adds to the panic.
• You're likely 2–5 years into your career, with some experience in coordination, account support, or client-success roles. You know enough to not need hand-holding, and you're hungry for greater ownership of client success.

• You aspire to be in a creative role yourself and see this as a stepping stone, rather than aspiring to be the organisational glue that enables the team to delight our clients.
• Admin and coordination work feels like the stuff you do between the "real work." Here, this is the real work.
• You're more comfortable behind the scenes and find regular client-facing communication draining rather than energising.
• Pressure tends to make you go quiet, get flustered, or push problems upward rather than seeing them as an opportunity to prove our worth to the client.

💸 Salary + Location

• $60,000 - $80,000 + super
• Melbourne CBD office.
• Full-time role. Four days in the office. 
• Occasional weekend/evening work for client events
