As a Customer Success Executive at Quartex , you will play a key role in supporting our customers and Customer Success team by ensuring they are able to maximise the value of our products. You will work closely with customers to answer their queries, assist with adoption and help them to achieve their goals, ultimately leading to renewals, upsells, and overall success.

About The Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in Customer Obsession. You’ll thrive if you enjoy solving complex problems, working cross-functionally, delivering real impact.

As Our Newest Customer Success Executive, You’ll

  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at client organisations.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with product, sales, and support teams to improve customer experiences.
  • Lead efforts in contract renewals, ensuring customers continue using the product and renew on time.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights, relay this information back to product teams to contribute to product improvements and feature development.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is truly customer-focused, understands the importance of building trusted relationships, and consistently delivers on their commitments.

You’ll Also Bring

  • 1-2 years experience in customer success, account management or a client focused relevant role is preferrable.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) is desirable.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs is preferred.
