Customer Success & Growth Manager

We help providers put the new Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards into practice by connecting disconnected systems through AI, creating smarter workflows, clearer oversight, and easier access to the information teams need to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Position Purpose

This is an early-stage, high-impact role at the centre of how customers experience Governa.ai. You will own the customer journey from first enquiry through to onboarding and long-term success. Your focus is to ensure customers not only implement the platform successfully but quickly benefit with the real operational value from it. You will work closely with management, marketing and engineering teams in a fast-moving, hands-on environment where customer feedback directly shapes the product and delivery. This role is critical in building strong customer relationships, driving retention, and unlocking early growth opportunities as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full customer journey from enquiry through to conversion and onboarding, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the process.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that translate complex aged care challenges into clear, practical solutions.
• Work with engineering and product teams to translate requirements into structured implementation and deployment plans.
• Drive early customer adoption by ensuring strong engagement, fast time-to-value, and removing barriers to usage.
• Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement to identify risks early and uncover expansion opportunities.
• Build strong long-term relationships focused on retention, satisfaction, and growth, while feeding customer insights back into product and engineering.

About You

• Minimum 2 years experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Customer Success, Implementation, Operations, or similar SaaS-focused positions.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology, Systems, Analytics, or a related discipline are highly desirable.
• A mindset with a strong bias for strategy, action, ownership, and driving outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence, with willingness to travel regularly to client sites.
