Customer Success & Implementation Specialist


📍 North Wollongong (1 day WFH)

💰 $60k–$85k + commission


BinaryMed is a fast-growing technology company helping pathology labs, clinical trials, medical couriers and aged care providers reduce risk, stay compliant, eliminate lost samples, and automate record keeping through real-time monitoring.


We’re hiring someone to take ownership of our customers after the sale. Your job is to make sure they’re set up properly, supported, and consistently getting real value from the solution.


What you'll do

  • Onboard and train new customers
  • Configure accounts (alerts, trackers, setup) so they actually work in the real world
  • Support customers via phone, email, and tickets
  • Monitor account health and fix issues before they escalate
  • Run check-ins and build strong relationships
  • Identify expansion opportunities and pass them to sales

You’ll manage ~20–50 accounts and become a product expert.


What we're looking for

  • Technical mindset. You pick up systems quickly and can troubleshoot
  • Strong communicator. Comfortable on phone, video, and email
  • Proactive and organised. You don’t wait to be told what to do, and you keep our CRM systems up to date
  • Open to junior → mid-level candidates to grow with the company

Not a fit if you want a purely internal or non-customer-facing role.


Details

  • North Wollongong office + 1 WFH day
  • Occasional site visits (1–4 per month)
  • Some evening calls (6–8pm) for European customers
  • Tools: HubSpot, Slack, Notion, Zoom
  • Commission linked to retention and expansion referrals
