What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and RFQ's

• Prepare and follow up freight quotations

• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities

• Build lasting relationships with customers

• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues professionally

• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in our CRM

• Work closely with our Operations and Business Development teams

• Contribute to achieving team sales and customer service targets

What You'll Bring

• Experience in customer service, internal sales or account management

• Previous experience using a CRM system (essential)

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A proactive attitude and strong desire to achieve results

• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

• Confidence using Microsoft Office

Transport or logistics experience is advantageous, but not essential.
