Life Success Manager - Impact Families for Generations

Location: Australia (remote flexibility with travel/in-person Events)

Employment: Full-time (results-driven)

Base: $100,000 AUD

OTE: $140,000–$190,000 AUD (dependent on squad size & renewal performance)

Who we are

High Performance Father is not life coaching. We are a leadership organisation and brotherhood forging fathers into Chiefs - leaders across Family, Self, and Service.

HPF has guided nearly 10,000 men across Australia. Our impact includes (but is not limited to):

  • 4,353+ marriages that were on the brink, saved - families kept together
  • 1,833,421+ dadventures, memories Fathers have with their kids that will last forever
  • 3,844,928+ workouts
  • 2,420,564+ alcohol-free days
  • Over 10M+ hours back, structure and control in their life
  • The list goes on…

This is not motivation. It is leadership installed with track records.

We are hiring our next Life Success Manager (LSM). This is one of the most meaningful roles you can do as a man, and it is also one of the most demanding.

If you want comfort, do not apply.

If you want standards, ownership, and real impact, keep reading.

Why work at HPF (for the right man)

  • Impact and meaning: you will help fathers rebuild families and change generational outcomes
  • Freedom and flexibility: we are outcomes driven, not hours driven
  • Brotherhood and culture: mission-led team, high standards, truth, and real support
  • Personal and Professional development: monumental growth in yourself with us and this environment is guaranteed
  • Financial upside: strong base plus performance upside tied to results

Compensation

  • Base: $100,000 full-time
  • OTE: $140,000 to $190,000 depending on squad size (130 to 180 members) and renewals performance

What you will own (3 outcomes)

  1. Coaching: clear plan plus execution plus proof
  2. Culture: a squad that holds standards without you
  3. Continuity: retention and renewals protected through proactive drift management

This role is hard. Here is why people who “say” they’re “all in” fail:

  • Inconsistency in weekly rhythm
  • Avoidance of conflict and financial conversations
  • Open loops and unresolved issues lingering
  • Rescuing or carrying one man while the squad drifts
  • Low activity volume, not enough reps

What great looks like at HPF

  • Reps before optimisation. Execute first, refine second.
  • Relentless loop closure. Stay or leave. Engage or exit. Pay or not pay.
  • Calm authority. Kind but firm. Respect over likeability.
  • Proactive follow up cadence. You do not wait for churn signals.
  • You can hold hard conversations cleanly: attendance, standards, payments, renewals.

Strong backgrounds (not required, but good indicators)

  • Customer Success, Account Management, Retention
  • Sales with strong follow up discipline, especially renewals and save teams
  • Sports coaching with systems, standards, and accountability
  • Gym or studio leadership with rosters, retention, payments, not just 1 on 1 PT hours
  • Operators who have run a book of clients and can handle uncomfortable conversations

This is leadership work. High standards. High impact.
