We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to partner closely with our customers and ensure they achieve real, measurable value from EROAD’s solutions. 

 

About the role 

You’ll manage a portfolio of customers, acting as their trusted advisor and voice of the customer within EROAD. Your focus will be on driving product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through strong relationships and data-driven insights. 

 

In this role you will:  

 Build strong, long-term customer relationships, driving satisfaction, engagement and retention 

• Deliver customer business reviews and value insights 

• Drive adoption, engagement, and retention 

 Champion customer needs internally by partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales 

 Identify churn risks and proactively manage renewals 

• Track customer success metrics, usage, and NPS 

What you’ll bring 
We're looking for a customer advocate who acts as a partner, ensuring service levels are delivered and opportunities to bed in innovative new products and upgrades are identified and promoted.  

To be successful in this role you will have:  

  • Experience in Customer Success, Customer Operations, or Service Management 

  • SaaS or technical product experience preferred 

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills 

  • A Customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on outcomes and value 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth environment
