About The JobBeatgrid is looking for a highly organised and proactive Client Success Manager to manage a portfolio of clients across advertising media measurement campaigns.
This is a hybrid role combining client servicing and project management, requiring someone who can confidently own client relationships while simultaneously overseeing campaign delivery from setup through to reporting.
You will act as the central point of contact for clients, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, are optimised effectively, and deliver measurable impact.

About YouResponsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, from initial setup through to final deliverables.
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
- Advise clients on optimising campaigns using key media metrics such as reach, frequency, and brand lift.
- Translate client objectives into actionable campaign strategies and measurement frameworks.
- Present results and insights to both junior and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Troubleshoot issues proactively and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented, organized and takes accountability for actions.
- Flexible and embrace change to help make the business successful.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in advertising, media, or market research, with a strong focus on media measurement
- Solid understanding of:
- Brand lift studies
- Reach and frequency campaigns
- Campaign optimisation techniques
- Experience managing multiple projects or campaigns concurrently
- Strong client management or account servicing background
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and confidently
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Technical Capability
- Comfortable working with campaign setup tools and platforms
- Willingness to learn and upskill in technical aspects of media measurement
- Ability to independently manage campaign setup and execution over time
