What you’ll own
1. Business Development (Building Rapport)
- Identify, engage, and close new customers and strategic partners
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline (inbound + outbound)
- Lead demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations end-to-end
- Develop partnerships with key industry players to expand reach
- Work with marketing to sharpen lead gen and conversion
2. Customer Success (The Expansion)
- Own onboarding and activation—drive fast time-to-value
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders
- Increase product adoption, usage, and engagement
- Proactively manage accounts to reduce churn and grow revenue
- Be the voice of the customer—feed insights into product and strategy
What you bring
- 2+ years in SaaS sales, business development, or customer success
- A strong commercial mindset with real revenue ownership
- Proven ability to manage the full customer lifecycle
- Excellent communication—you can sell, influence, and build trust
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Data-driven—you manage pipeline and performance with numbers, not guesswork
