We’re looking for a commercially sharp, revenue-driven operator who thrives on the chase and knows how to turn wins into long-term growth. If you love building pipeline, closing deals, and then expanding accounts—you’ll feel right at home here.


What you’ll own

1. Business Development (Building Rapport)

  • Identify, engage, and close new customers and strategic partners
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline (inbound + outbound)
  • Lead demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations end-to-end
  • Develop partnerships with key industry players to expand reach
  • Work with marketing to sharpen lead gen and conversion


2. Customer Success (The Expansion)

  • Own onboarding and activation—drive fast time-to-value
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Increase product adoption, usage, and engagement
  • Proactively manage accounts to reduce churn and grow revenue
  • Be the voice of the customer—feed insights into product and strategy


What you bring

  • 2+ years in SaaS sales, business development, or customer success
  • A strong commercial mindset with real revenue ownership
  • Proven ability to manage the full customer lifecycle
  • Excellent communication—you can sell, influence, and build trust
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
  • Data-driven—you manage pipeline and performance with numbers, not guesswork
