The Role

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the client experience for our VIP campaign clients. You'll be the face of Cashu to some of our most important relationships - keeping them informed, confident, and getting maximum value from their campaigns.

This isn't a hand-holding role. It's a strategic one. You'll need to understand what we're delivering, translate the numbers into a story clients actually care about, and proactively manage relationships before issues arise.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing ongoing relationships with a portfolio of VIP clients (primarily North American and Australian Listed Companies)
  • Preparing and presenting detailed campaign reports — reach, engagement, stock sentiment, ROAS, and other key metrics
  • Documenting campaign results clearly and accurately, building a paper trail that clients can take to their boards
  • Acting as the internal advocate for your clients — coordinating with the campaign and content teams to keep delivery on track
  • Identifying upsell and renewal opportunities through strong relationship management
  • Keeping HubSpot (our CRM) up to date with notes, activity, and next steps





What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role — account management, customer success, or similar
  • Comfortable with financial terminology — you don't need to be a fund manager, but you need to understand concepts like market cap, ROAS, trading volume, and investor sentiment without needing them explained
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication — your reports and emails reflect on us
  • Detail-oriented and rigorous with documentation — if it isn't written down, it didn't happen
  • Self-directed and comfortable working fully remotely
  • Experience in financial services, investor relations, marketing, or a listed-company environment is a strong advantage
