As we continue expanding in Australia, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support growers across the Bundaberg and Wide Bay–Burnett region.




The Role


The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring growers successfully adopt and use the Phytech platform.


This role focuses on building strong relationships with growers, providing technical and agronomic guidance, and helping customers maximize the value of Phytech’s technology.


The position combines customer success, field support, and technical advisory, working closely with growers, farm managers, and internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.




Key Responsibilities


• Build and maintain strong relationships with growers and farm managers within the territory

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement

• Lead onboarding for new customers, including system setup and training

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers using the Phytech platform

• Conduct regular farm visits to review system performance and provide irrigation recommendations

• Work closely with internal technical and support teams to resolve issues quickly

• Monitor customer usage and adoption to ensure successful platform implementation

• Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams

• Identify opportunities to expand product usage and support long-term customer success




Qualifications


• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Agronomy, Technical Support, or a similar customer-facing role

• Background in agriculture, irrigation, or AgTech is highly preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to explain technical concepts in a practical and clear way

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently while managing a regional territory




Requirements


• Based in Bundaberg or the surrounding region

• Valid driver’s license

• Willingness to travel within the territory to visit growers

• Experience working with growers or agricultural operations is a strong advantage
