Customer Success Manager – GRC-Tech | $110K - 120K base salary plus bonus| Sydney


Join a fast growing, product-led SaaS startup transforming how regulated businesses approach Governance, Risk & Compliance as a Customer Success Manager on a 9 month contract.


Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for:


  • Owning the end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding through adoption, value realisation, renewal and expansion
  • Managing a mixed SMB and Mid-Market portfolio of 35 customers
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, CFOs and Ops leaders.
  • Monitoring customer health and usage data to proactively address retention risks before they escalate.
  • Championing customer success stories and supporting case studies, references and advocacy programs.


What you'll need:


  • Must have experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment, with experience working with C-level suite.
  • Must have experience in GRC, risk, compliance, or a regulated industry
