Customer Success Manager

We’re building ReelWork, a fast growing hiring platform used by cafes, restaurants and retail venues.

We don’t want someone to sit back and “manage accounts”.

We want someone who makes sure every new venue actually uses the platform and gets value from day one.

Your job is simple.

Make new signups successful.

You will:

• Reach out to every new venue within 24 hours
• Help them set up their profile properly
• Push them to post their first job or shift
• Follow up until they are actively using the platform
• Keep them engaged and coming back
• Ask for reviews, testimonials and social content once they get results

This is not a passive role.

You need to be comfortable calling, messaging and chasing people.

• High energy and proactive
• Not afraid to follow up multiple times
• Organised and fast
• Hospitality or retail experience is a bonus, not required
