Customer Success Manager

Help schools achieve better outcomes for students.

At Tes, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to partner with K-12 schools across Australia, helping them maximise the value of solutions that support student wellbeing, student success, and school operations.

You will own a portfolio of customers, acting as a trusted advisor to school leaders and key stakeholders. From driving adoption and strengthening relationships to identifying growth opportunities and supporting renewals, you'll play a key role in helping customers achieve long-term success while contributing to the continued growth of Tes.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of school customers across Australia.
• Build trusted relationships with school leaders and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption and help customers achieve measurable outcomes.
• Lead strategic customer reviews and success planning conversations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate retention risks.
• Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your customer portfolio.
• Monitor customer health, engagement, and sentiment to improve customer outcomes.
• Maintain accurate customer records, account activity, and opportunity forecasting in Salesforce.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Onboarding, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• A proven track record of retaining and growing customer accounts.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and influencing decision-makers.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working within a SaaS, technology, or EdTech environment.
• A proactive, customer-focused, and commercially minded approach.
• Knowledge of the Australian K-12 education sector will be highly regarded.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC), or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement.
