Role Summary
Varicon is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of 50–75 SMB civil construction clients, ensuring strong relationships, adoption, renewals, and long-term retention.
This hybrid role is ideal for a client-focused professional with 4–6 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to become a product expert. You will collaborate with Support, Product, and Onboarding teams to deliver a seamless client experience while proactively guiding clients toward meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 50–75 SMB civil construction clients, building strong relationships and ensuring ongoing value delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, driving adoption, renewals, and long-term retention
- Become a product expert, showcasing features, answering client questions, and assisting with setup as needed
- Collaborate with Support, Product, and Onboarding teams to deliver a seamless client experience and resolve issues efficiently
- Monitor client health and engagement, proactively addressing risks, identifying opportunities, and guiding clients toward meaningful outcomes
Job Specifications
- Experience & Qualifications: 4–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing SaaS role
- Strong relationship-building skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to understand and use complex software, comfortable troubleshooting and guiding clients.
- Experience working with SMB clients, ideally in technology or SaaS environments
- Good Understanding of the Civil Construction industry
- Ample familiarity with customer success tools or CRM platforms.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferred
