Psyke is the operating system for agentic organic marketing. Our product turns GEO and SEO into a lead-gen engine: schema-rich, brand-locked content that ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI cite, recommend, and rank. AI citation is the metric. Pipeline is the outcome. Customers have consistently seen 5x to 10x returns within months.

We signed $1M in contracts in our first year. We're expanding into the US and Europe. We're adding one more person on the customer side.

The role

You report to the Customer Success Lead. You'll act as the agentic growth marketer for a portfolio of fast-growing B2B businesses. Our GEO and SEO engine is the foundation. Your job is the next layer on top: ads, lifecycle, CRO, the channels that turn pipeline into revenue. Human judgment on the blueprint, agents on the deployment.

You'll work directly with founders and marketing leaders, and you'll make the call on what compounds and what doesn't.

Who this is for

A growth manager or account lead from a boutique marketing agency, or the in-house marketing manager at a fast-growing B2B company. A few solid years of shipping real outcomes is enough. We care more about what you've done than how long you've been doing it.

You already use AI inside your daily workflow, not as a toy. You want to spend the next chapter of your career at the front of this shift, not catching up to it.

You work well without a manager standing behind you.

What you'll own
  • Strategic accounts: positioning, roadmap, results, retention, expansion
  • Content generation, cross-channel consistency, and CRO
  • Quality bar across human and agentic output (95% brand match is the floor)
  • Training and tuning our growth agents alongside the product team
  • Playbooks that turn one win into the next ten
What you bring
  • Absolute customer focus. Their outcome is your main concern.
  • Relationship builder. You build the kind of trust that turns customers into long-term partners.
  • A complementary lens to GEO and SEO. This is the priority. We have the organic engine. We want real depth in at least one of: paid (Meta, LinkedIn or Google Ads), CRO, lifecycle and email (Klaviyo, Customer.io or similar) or digital PR.
  • A track record with numbers attached. Outcomes you delivered, with the context to read them.
  • Hands-on AI. You're already prompting, building, automating in your day-to-day.
  • Working SEO literacy. Intermediate is fine. You'll learn GEO from us.
  • Autonomy. You ship, measure, and adjust without being asked.
  • Attention to detail. You catch the things others miss.
  • A growth instinct. You read, test, share, teach.
