The roleCustomer success at Onside is a genuine ownership role. You'll carry a portfolio of accounts and be accountable for what happens to them - adoption, retention, health, and the value customers can point to when renewal comes around.
Our customers are farmers, agribusinesses, and rural operators. They're not typical SaaS buyers. Building trust with them takes patience, credibility, and the ability to show up in their world, not just on a Zoom call.
