We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual based in Sydney, Australia to help expand our best-in-class product across APAC.
As the Customer Success Manager, you will take ownership of your customer segment while working as part of a close-knit team. Collaborating closely with sales, product and marketing, you’ll build strong, long-term client relationships across the region. You’ll be supported by a global Customer Success team across the UK, US, EU and ANZ to help you succeed in the role.

As a trusted advisor, you will engage deeply with customers, understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions that help them achieve their goals and realise their value.
You are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, educating and training new users on the Ansarada platform to meet their specific business requirements. By offering timely value propositions and industry best practices, you will empower customers to navigate the evolving M&A landscape, helping them remain competitive and ahead of challenges.
Collaborating with cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) and product teams, you will align strategies, share valuable customer insights to shape product development and contribute to enhancing our offerings. You’ll also proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while staying informed about industry trends to provide customers with valuable guidance throughout their full deal and project lifecycles.
Some Of The Key Activities Of This Role Include
Lead customer meetings to understand business needs, pain points and stakeholders, translating insights into impactful solutions.
Onboard, guide and educate users to drive adoption and engagement on the Ansarada platform, working closely with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, CSMs and Support).
Partner with Sales on pricing, negotiations and value articulation, demonstrating solutions and commercial benefits to customers in target markets.
Own growth and retention of a customer portfolio through strong relationship management, enablement and advocacy.
Act as the internal Voice of Customer, sharing feedback and success stories with Product and the broader business.
Build and maintain strong knowledge of capital transaction processes (M&A, Deals, Procure), competitive solutions, and effectively position Ansarada’s value proposition.
We would love to hear from you if you:
2+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar role within the technology sector, with strong understanding of SaaS products and services.
Background in SaaS and/or professional services environments such as Financial Services, Investment Banking, Legal or Corporate Finance.
Demonstrated success in growing and expanding accounts through strategic, consultative customer planning across diverse segments.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all organisational levels, from technical and junior stakeholders through to executive leadership.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding expectations.
Confident communicator with experience using CRM systems to drive effective customer relationship management.
Essential criteria
Based in Sydney, can travel as required.
Requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the Sydney office to support effective collaboration and in-person client meetings.
