The company supports over 450 corporate security, intelligence and GSOC (Global Security Operations Centre) teams worldwide, with staff based in the United States, the UK, EMEA, and APAC. The Sydney-based APAC team is currently expanding.
Position Summary
The Customer Success Manager supports a portfolio of commercial clients across the APAC region, with responsibility split between two functions: primarily Customer Success, covering onboarding, adoption, and renewal management, with a smaller portion of the role sitting within Technical Solutions, supporting product configuration, implementation, and technical enablement work alongside the Technical Solutions team.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success
- Independently manage a portfolio of commercial clients across the APAC region, working alongside senior CSMs on larger or more complex accounts.
- Lead or support onboarding and training for new clients, ensuring effective use of the Seerist platform from the outset.
- Support the renewal process on assigned accounts, including preparation, proposal drafting, and coordination, with increasing ownership as capability develops.
- Maintain working relationships with client stakeholders across security, intelligence, risk, and strategy functions, and support their understanding of how to apply Seerist's insights to their objectives.
- Monitor client usage and engagement, identify risk to renewal or retention, and escalate as required.
- Relay client feedback and insights to internal teams to support improvements to the client experience.
Technical Solutions
- Support Sales in the region by delivering product demonstrations, trials, and technical onboarding for clients and prospects.
- Assist with platform configuration and implementation for new and existing clients in line with Seerist's technical standards.
- Assist in fielding and triaging client technical queries, escalating to Technical Solutions Consultants or Product as required.
- Contribute to internal documentation and playbooks supporting best-practice implementation across the Customer Success team.
- Develop technical proficiency in the Seerist product over time, including exposure to API integrations and data/feature-service concepts, under the guidance of the Technical Solutions team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Approximately 3-5 years' experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or technical/customer support, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Interest in technology, with willingness to develop technical knowledge of platform configuration and, over time, integration work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey both business and technical detail to varied audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with geopolitical, security, risk intelligence, or OSINT concepts is an advantage but not required.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Sydney, with the ability to attend the office 3 days per week.
