Think and Grow is a specialist executive search and growth talent partner supporting high growth technology and SaaS businesses across Australia and globally. We work closely with founders and leadership teams to build commercial, product, and operational capability at critical stages of growth.


We are currently representing a fast-growing SaaS business in the verification, compliance, and secure data sharing space. With strong customer demand and an upcoming regulatory deadline impacting more than 80,000 businesses, the organisation is scaling quickly and looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to support onboarding, implementation, and client adoption across mid tier and enterprise customers.


The platform helps organisations strengthen security, simplify AML and KYC processes, and give customers greater control over sensitive data. Growth is strong and the team is now looking for someone who can help scale client onboarding and deliver a consistent, high quality implementation experience.


This role suits someone with a customer success, business analyst, or implementation background who enjoys working directly with clients and translating business needs into practical outcomes. You will be highly client facing, running onboarding sessions, delivering training, and ensuring successful implementation across mid-tier and enterprise customers. You will also bring a proactive mindset, support new client growth opportunities and helping clients prepare for compliance requirements ahead of the July 1 deadline.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead end to end client onboarding and implementation

• Run client discovery sessions and compliance risk assessments

• Deliver training and education sessions to new customers

• Translate business requirements and feedback to product and tech teams

• Ensure contractual deliverables are implemented and delivered successfully

• Set up new business accounts and guide clients through platform adoption

• Drive customer engagement and long-term adoption

• Support mid-tier and larger clients with proactive outreach

• Build repeatable onboarding and training processes

• Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams


What They Are Looking For

• Experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Business Analyst, or similar role

• SaaS experience is essential

• Background in RegTech, FinTech, LegalTech, PropTech, or Financial Services highly valued

• Strong client facing and presentation skills

• Ability to gather requirements and translate into technical delivery

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, "hunter" approach

• Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
