About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the trusted partner for a portfolio of company registry clients, delivering exceptional service while supporting their registry and governance needs. Working closely with internal teams, you'll build strong client relationships, drive successful outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement within Australia's leading registry provider.

Responsibilities Include

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of company registry clients.
  • Deliver a proactive and high-quality client experience across all interactions.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Support onboarding and implementation activities for new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client outcomes.
  • Provide guidance on registry and governance-related matters.
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancements, renewals, and growth.
  • Contribute to technology improvements and process optimisation initiatives.
  • Manage client issues and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
  • Act as the voice of the client within the business to support continuous improvement.

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded and client-focused professional who enjoys building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service outcomes.

You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management, Registry Services, Financial Services, or a related professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules, and corporate governance frameworks.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients and delivering excellent service outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and client management systems.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
