Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Success Manager. The role involves ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships with clients, addressing client inquiries, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences. The Customer Success Manager will also focus on customer retention, provide tailored solutions to address client challenges, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in Customer Retention and Relationship Building

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Background in legal services or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Communications, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred
