We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager | Loghic Events 🎥
If you thrive on building genuine client relationships and take real pride in how events come together, this one’s for you.
At Loghic Events, we deliver virtual, hybrid and studio events for corporate, government and investor audiences across Australia. We have enterprise grade, broadcast quality webcasting, teleconferencing and content production platforms, with a technical delivery team to support this.
Our Customer Success Managers sit at the heart of every event — owning the client relationship and customer experience, driving projects from brief to delivery, and making sure every detail lands exactly as it should.
This role suits someone who already has a few years of experience under their belt working B2B, with senior leadership teams, and is ready to step into a position with a passion for delivering great client and event experiences, that develop invaluable key client relationships for Loghic Events.
What you’ll be doing
No two weeks look the same in this role. Depending on what’s in production, you might be deep in client briefings one day and coordinating final run-of-show details the next.
Day to day, you’ll be:
• Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients across the full event lifecycle
• Managing timelines, briefs and communications with clarity and confidence
• Coordinating closely with our producers and technical teams to keep every moving part aligned
• Guiding clients on platform best practices and helping them get the most out of every event
• Building trusted, long-term partnerships that keep clients coming back
What success looks like
A great CSM at Loghic Events is someone clients trust, internal teams enjoy working with, and who takes genuine pride in every event they deliver.
What we’re looking for
✔ 2–4 years of experience in B2B customer success or account management (a background in events or live production is a bonus, but not essential)
✔ Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
✔ Clear, professional communication skills — written and verbal
✔ A calm, solutions-focused mindset when things get busy
✔ Someone who genuinely cares about quality and consistency, not just getting things over the line
The details
📍 Haymarket, Sydney (office-based). Close to central station, Town Hall and Haymarket tram stop
🕐 Full-time
To apply, send your CV and a short cover note via LinkedIn outlining your experience and what draws you to the role.
