Customer Success Manager based in
Wellington to join our
New Zealand team who can create standout customer experiences and become the go-to expert for all things media monitoring and insights.

Leading the charge in ANZ media intelligence, we offer live monitoring of print, digital, TV, radio, podcasts, and social platforms to make sure our clients stay ahead of every story.
As part of Streem’s Customer Success Management team, you’ll balance client support with team collaboration, helping customers navigate our platform, spotting opportunities to add value, and ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling confident and supported.

A snapshot of what our Customer Success Managers get up to:
- Setting new clients up for success, from onboarding and search setups to customising their Streem accounts.
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships by serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Running training sessions to help users master the platform (both virtually and face-to-face).
- Gathering feedback and working with the team to cultivate real product improvements.
- Spotting opportunities to ✨WOW ✨clients, especially around big media events.
- Creating a range of reports, transcripts, and summaries that make media meaningful.
- Gathering client feedback and representing their needs in product development conversations.
- Collaborating across teams - Sales, Product, Curation, Customer Support - to deliver the best outcomes.
- Supporting your team, leading by example, and contributing to a positive, respectful workplace.
About YOU
- 1–2 years in Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Top-notch communication and relationship-building skills.
- Is organised, energetic and has a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities calmly and confidently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an adaptable, can-do attitude.
- Permanent residency or citizenship in New Zealand.
Bonus Points If You Also Bring
- Experience in media, communications, or journalism.
- Familiarity with Boolean search, data/analytics tools, or CRM/project management platforms.
- A genuine interest in public affairs, media, news, and the NZ media landscape.
