The Role

As a Customer Success / Partnerships Manager, you will manage a portfolio of active financial services partners, acting as the day‑to‑day relationship owner and trusted point of contact. Although the title may reference Business Development or Partnerships, this is not a sales role. Commercial strategy and deals are already in place - the focus is on execution, optimisation, partner enablement, and delivery of agreed outcomes. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams including business operations, product, marketing, legal, and technical program managers to support feature rollouts, partner onboarding, and ongoing optimisation of existing programs.

Typical Day

  • Act as the day‑to‑day interface for financial services partners
  • Manage partner understanding, enablement, and onboarding
  • Conduct regular check‑ins on partner delivery progress and timelines
  • Coordinate feature implementation and rollout requirements
  • Work closely with cross‑functional internal teams including business operations, legal, product, marketing, and technical program managers
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across multiple teams
  • Some domestic travel may be required

To be Successful

  • 5-10 years' experience in Customer Success, Partnerships, Relationship Management, or BD execution roles
  • Strong payments background (non‑negotiable), including:
    • Fintech or payments organisations
    • Card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.)
    • Mobile payments, NFC, or digital wallets
  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic partners
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • Confident verbal and written communicator
  • Analytical, process‑driven, and delivery‑focused
