Do you thrive on managing strategic partnerships, deepening customer relationships, and delivering mutual value?
The Company
Our Client is a global technology leader shaping the future of digital payments and mobile commerce. Known for a strong culture and an environment that encourages innovation, this organisation delivers world‑class platforms used at scale.
The role offers hands‑on exposure to high‑impact programs and is an opportunity to work on initiatives that will add real weight to your professional profile.
The Role
As a Customer Success / Partnerships Manager, you will manage a portfolio of active financial services partners, acting as the day‑to‑day relationship owner and trusted point of contact. Although the title may reference Business Development or Partnerships, this is not a sales role. Commercial strategy and deals are already in place - the focus is on execution, optimisation, partner enablement, and delivery of agreed outcomes. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams including business operations, product, marketing, legal, and technical program managers to support feature rollouts, partner onboarding, and ongoing optimisation of existing programs.
