Tendor.ai is an early-stage Sydney AI company helping businesses find, manage, and respond to government and commercial tender opportunities.

We’re looking for a junior customer success and product operations person to help us support users, organise customer information, and turn messy feedback into clear internal action.

This is a paid casual / part-time role suited to someone organised, commercially curious, and comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment.

This is not a polished corporate support role. We are moving quickly, still improving the product, and need someone who can help create order from messy customer conversations, onboarding notes, follow-ups, and product feedback.

What you may work on:

Helping onboard new users and pilot customers

Following up with customers after demos, calls, or product walkthroughs

Updating CRM records and keeping notes clean

Turning customer conversations into structured summaries

Logging product issues, bugs, confusion points, and feature requests

Helping prepare customer accounts before calls

Supporting simple training materials, guides, and onboarding docs

Coordinating next steps between sales, product, and customers

Helping identify which customers are strong-fit, weak-fit, or need more support

You may be a good fit if you

Communicate clearly and professionally

Are organised and reliable

Can summarise messy conversations into clean notes

Are comfortable speaking with business owners, operators, and internal teams

Have strong attention to detail

Are interested in startups, AI, SaaS, customer success, sales, or operations

Can work without needing every step explained

Are comfortable using tools like Slack, Google Sheets, Notion, CRMs, ChatGPT, or similar

Helpful but not required

Experience in customer service, sales, admin, operations, recruitment, or support

Interest in AI tools and automation

Experience with CRM tools

Strong writing ability

Startup or small business experience

Familiarity with tenders, construction, procurement, government work, or B2B services
