Customer Success & Sales Executive

MadisonAV, a leading provider of professional Audio Visual (AV) solutions, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success & Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

In your new role with MadisonAV, you'll be responsible for:

•          Acting as the first point of contact for inbound phone, email and website enquiries, providing expert advice on products and solutions

•          Preparing detailed, accurate quotations and leading customers to build the invoice by upselling and identifying complementary products

•          Securing sales through targeted outbound calls and proactively supporting our External Account Managers with quotations and stock enquiries

•          Building trusted relationships with customers, integrators, end users and consultants, becoming the voice they know and trust to “Make It Happen”

This is a true customer success and sales role that will see you using your exceptional communication skills to identify customer needs, recommend the right solutions, and convert enquiries into sales. With the support of our technical and product teams, you'll develop a deep understanding of the AV industry and the full sales journey, from first enquiry through to quote, order and delivery.

We're looking for someone who:

•          Has proven experience in internal sales, sales operations or a similar sales support role, ideally within the Professional AV industry

•          Possesses an excellent telephone technique and exceptional verbal and written communication skills

•          Brings a “Make It Happen” customer service ethos and a “Take Ownership” mindset to every interaction

•          Has strong attention to detail, a knack for prioritising, and a keen sense of urgency

•          Is hands-on with CRM software (Salesforce experience a bonus) and comfortable with MS Excel

•          Is a proactive team player looking to grow with the business
