About the Role
As a Customer Success Specialist and reporting to an experienced Customer Success Leader, you will develop deep product mastery to become the primary specialist for our flagship platforms: the market-leading Real Time Agent and our bespoke real estate proposal tool, Engage. Maintaining pre and post-sale relationships, you will provide in-person and virtual product training to our Real Estate Agency customers to ensure the products are well integrated, and help to ensure that product roadmap features are aligned to customer needs and desires.
Sitting within a close-knit and long-standing team, this is a unique opportunity to work on exciting and ever-changing products in an environment of dynamic online collaboration that welcomes new ideas.
