We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and is interested in building a career in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.


About the Role

This is a great opportunity for someone currently working in Technical Support, Customer Support, Help Desk, SaaS Support, or a similar role who wants more customer interaction and exposure to onboarding, customer success, and commercial conversations.

You'll work with doctors, practice managers, and healthcare businesses to help them successfully adopt Medbill's services and technology.


What You'll Do

  • Support onboarding of new customers
  • Help customers get the most from our platform
  • Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate issue resolution
  • Assist with provider registrations and setup activities
  • Maintain customer information in Zoho CRM
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams


About You

  • Experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Help Desk, or SaaS Support
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable learning new technology and explaining it to others
  • Organised, proactive, and customer-focused
  • Interested in developing a career in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
