About the role

This is a hands-on customer success role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and helping customers feel confident using technology.

Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, you’ll support customers through onboarding, training, and ongoing success. You’ll play an important role in making sure new customers are set up well, understand how to use Auxo Workshop, and continue to see value from the platform over time.

You’ll be working closely with our customers, sales, support, and product teams to help create a smooth, positive customer experience from day one.

This is a permanent, full-time role based mainly in our Penrose office, with one day working from home per week. Free parking is available.

  • Helping customers get more value from Auxo Workshop over time
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction
  • Working with internal teams to resolve customer questions, issues, or feedback
  • Supporting account management activity, including renewals, growth opportunities, and customer communications
  • Keeping customer information, notes, and activity up to date in our CRM
  • Sharing customer insights with the wider team to help improve our product and customer experience

What we’re looking for

You’ll need:

  • Experience in customer successaccount management, customer onboarding, or a similar customer-facing role
  • A confident and professional phone manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to explain software or technical information in a simple, customer-friendly way
  • Good organisation skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to following up, solving problems, and keeping customers moving
  • Confidence working with CRM systems — HubSpot experience would be a strong advantage, as this is the CRM we use
  • A practical, positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed

Experience in SaaS, software, automotive, trade, workshop, or business management systems would be highly advantageous.
