As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive sales professional to help strengthen client relationships, identify repeat work and support our Business Development team.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established customer base while driving new revenue through proactive client engagement and relationship development.

You will work closely with our Business Development Managers (BDMs), supporting their field activity while ensuring existing clients are regularly engaged and opportunities are not missed.

This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and driving repeat business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconnect with inactive or past clients
  • Follow up completed projects to identify new opportunities
  • Generate repeat business and upsell opportunities
  • Work closely with our BDM team to support client engagement and growth
  • Manage sales activity and pipeline within the CRM
  • Follow up outstanding quotes and proposals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

This is a proactive sales role — you will create opportunities, not wait for them.

About You

You are confident engaging with customers and comfortable taking initiative to drive outcomes.

You will likely have:

  • 5+ years experience in outbound sales, internal sales or account management
  • Confidence speaking with decision-makers and business owners
  • Strong follow-up discipline and CRM organisation
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset
  • Confidence working the phone and engaging clients directly

Experience in signage, manufacturing, construction, industrial supply or B2B services will be highly regarded.
